Tips and Tricks for Windows Phone

This section describes some tips and tricks for Jazz Windows Phone apps.

Jump Lists

The tasks page on the Main Page of the Jazz Tasks app displays a number of headings: 'completed', 'overdue', 'today', etc.
  1. Touch any of these headings and the list of all headings is transposed on top of the list of tasks.
  2. Touch a heading and the list of tasks is scrolled to where that heading is positioned.
Look for these headings in other Jazz Apps, such as Jazz Timesheets, Jazz Notes, and Jazz Expenses.

Touch and Hold

  1. Touch the banner in the list and the app navigates to the edit page where the banner can be edited.
  2. Now touch and hold the banner in the list and a list of commands appears.
  3. Touch the 'Play' command to take a shortcut to scrolling the banner across the screen.
